How To Draw Rocks Part 2

This is a continuation of the previous tutorial, showing you how to draw rocks. If you take a look at the photo above, all three rocks appear to be exactly the same at first. But after careful examination, you will find that they have very different planes and cracks. The drawing on the right shows how you might draw these rocks.
Take a look at this group of rocks. The one in the middle with a hole is especially interesting. The drawing on the right is an interpretation of the photo. Notice that it's not necessarily accurate, but then again that isn't the point. Part of the fun of drawing rocks is the freedom you have. Make a mistake with a feature on a human being, and everyone will know because it will be glaringly obvious. When you draw things in nature, you don't have that handicap.
